Information about our return policy.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. For products that are eligible for returns, they must be in an unused/unworn condition with tags and packaging intact. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:

  • All supplement, snack and beverage products
  • All discount or promotional items marked as FINAL SALE
  • All items purchased with a discount code
  • All shaker bottle products with a discount code
  • All limited edition products

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns from third-party retail locations.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Once your return has been received, our team will inspect, approve, and process the return. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process from the date the package is received. An email confirmation will be sent out once the refund is proceed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

For international buyers, please note that due to the volatility between exchange rates, your refund amount may vary slightly from your original payment.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer for returned products. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly cover the shipping expenses.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to make things right as soon as possible.

To initiate a return, please contact info@superjellyco.com with your order number.

Once a return has been processed and a confirmation email has been received, the refund should appear in your account within 7 business days.

Please contact your bank or credit card company if your refund does not appear within the expected time frame. Your refund may be processed but has not been officially posted yet.

If you are still unable to track down your refund after taking the actions above, please contact us at info@superjellyco.com and we will launch an investigation into this matter.

Unlike most brands, we do not rely on our suppliers 'ready-to-market” catalog. We formulate and develop each of our products in-house, which is why you will never find any other products from other brands that taste like ours.

We made a conscious decision to use Grass-Fed Whey Protein instead of its conventional counterpart, because of its superior nutritional profile (higher Omega-3 fatty acids, increased CLAs, and more vitamins and minerals).

Choosing Grass-Fed Whey also allows us to support farms that choose to raise their cows with methods that are not only more humane, but more sustainable to the planet.

By using Grass-Fed Whey Protein, we choose to use cows that are not treated with hormones and antibiotics.
